Programmer

The SM800 Series Programmer software is used for configuring and documenting the SM800 Series Programmable Logic Controller online or offline.

The software contains both an offline editor and terminal emulator to configure the SM800 PLC. The terminal emulator of the software features a Heath 19 emulation, XModem and ASCII file transfers, integrated dialing directory and direct RS-232 or modem connection.  Once a configuration file has been downloaded via XModem, it can be immediately edited and annotated in the offline mode.

The editing function of the programmer allows you to edit your configuration without being connected to the SM800 PLC.  The offline editor contains an integrated annotation function that allows you to attach notes to each line of your program.

Visual Graphics Add On

(Requires Visio®)

The Visual Graphics Add On is a single software package used in Visio to eliminate the tedious repetition of programming.  It is no longer necessary to use pages and pages of logic for common programming functions.

Simply draw a function block picture of your system including the appropriate I/O. The Visual Graphics Ad On software will automatically verify connection, flag errors and convert the program so it can be used to run your SM800 Series PLC.

You can create detailed flow-diagram style drawings of your program including logic, I/O, and field wiring diagrams using function block representation.
